Instructor Profile

Ms. Fober is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and a certified Tae Kwon-Do instructor registered with both the TAGB and BTC. With years of experience teaching children and adults, she began her own martial arts journey to spend quality time with her son, and she's never looked back.
As a former South West Champion and a multiple-time medalist in both Patterns and Sparring, including a World Silver Medal, she uses this experience to guide and inspire her students in their own Tae Kwon-Do journey. But her teaching philosophy goes beyond just physical skills; she is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment that upholds the values of respect, resilience, and empowerment.
Ms. Fober believes that Tae Kwon-Do is for everyone, regardless of age or ability. Her classes embrace each student's strengths, tailoring training to their individual goals. As students progress from white belt to black belt, they not only develop physical skills but also grow in confidence, leadership, and self-discipline.
Under her guidance, students improve their martial arts skills, fitness, and self-defense abilities while building character, developing life skills, and fostering a sense of community. All in a fun and motivating environment.
